Fees
All classes need to be pre - booked please email or call for a booking form (You can join any time during the term) 12 week term Fees are £4.00 a session 1 free taster session pay for your two next classes to confirm your place £8.00 Following these 3 sessions you can confirm your place by settling the remainding fee for the rest of the term in full. Or To Guarantee your place for the whole term fill in a booking form and send a cheque for £44.00 (Price includes Tatty Bumpkin Sticker at the end of each class)
Membership is optional but does help with bringing the classes to live at home! details are as follows:

How the sessions work...........
The classes are great fun, loosely based on yoga with lots of stories and are designed for parents to join in (so you can get a good stretch and also relaxation too!). The sessions are great for children on many levels (the physical side of the sessions, music, storytelling etc) as well as great fun. They start with the Tatty Bumpkin warm up song, Bendy, Giggly, Clever and Strong - developed by educational musicians; - then we do a specially adapted Salutation to the Sun which uses rhyme to aid memory. We then go on a magical adventure through the Giggle Tree, meeting animals, helicopters, sausage rolls - only limited by your child's imagination.
The terms follow the school terms and are made up of 5,6,7 week blocks, the topics covered in term one are:
Focus/blance
Dynamic movement
Relaxation
Multi-sensory world
Feelings and people
Music/communication
Daily living skills
As a parent /carer you are actively encouraged to get involved in the class, as this greatly helps with creative parenting techniques, and continuity outside the class. You will be given a chart at the beginning of each term, where you and your child can collect stickers to motivate you both, and on the certificate there will be ideas to take home and practice. The sessions are run as terms so that there is a progression, and so that you will get extra value out of the time you spend in the classes.
